Getting to Mexico City

Traveling is full of new experiences, some you want to repeat, others not so much. Taking the night bus from Oaxaca to Mexico City (10:00 pm to 5:00 am) seemed like a good idea at the time, but unfortunately neither of us were able to sleep, so today has been a day of napping and venturing out for short periods of time. Luckily, we both agree that this experience falls into the "don't want to repeat" category. But beyond that, Mexico City is to me as it always is: epic in every sense, vibrant, and yet charming.  As we walked from our hostel to get breakfast at one of CDMX's Bisquets Obregón locations, the city was bustling, full of sights and sounds, but one that stood out was the song of three young street performers.  You can watch them perform at this  link .
